 Welcome to Agape – a women-led fashion label creating custom-made suiting, event wear, and western wear for women. By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Business Overview

Agape is a women-empowered fashion brand operated by two women entrepreneurs. We specialize in premium, made-to-order garments crafted with high-quality fabrics and stitching. Every piece is individually tailored to ensure a perfect fit and superior quality.

2. Eligibility

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and Custom Orders

  • Some garments are custom-made to your specifications.

  • Once an order is confirmed, no changes, cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.

  • All sizing, styling, and customization details must be provided accurately at the time of order.

4. Quality Commitment

Agape is committed to using premium fabrics and maintaining high-quality craftsmanship. Each garment is quality-checked before dispatch. Slight variations in color or design may occur due to the hand-made and custom nature of the products.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and USD.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice but will be confirmed at the time of order.

  • Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship across India from our base in Delhi and all across the world. 

  • Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order.

  • Agape is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

7. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our garments:

  • All sales are final.

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted under any circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, product images, and content on the Agape platform are the property of Agape and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Agape is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.
